Useful Tricks Keyboard master

If you type frequently at work, school, or home, you may want to find ways to improve your speed and accuracy on the keyboard. Just like with any other task that requires precision and proficiency, practicing can be the fastest way to get better at using the computer keyboard. However, that’s not always easy to do; typing practice sessions can quickly become boring if you’re doing the same thing over and over again.

1) Do not use numbers on the QWERTY

1) In order for you to use the spacebar more efficiently, try using your thumb instead of your index finger. This will allow you to type with more accuracy and speed.

2) If you have problems typing with 10 fingers, try using only 6 fingers. This will still allow you to type at an accurate pace without having your fingers collide into each other as much.

3) Instead of resting your hands on the keyboard while typing, try holding them in front of the keyboard instead.

2) Use your non-dominant hand

Learning how to use your non-dominant hand is a key life skill for anyone who wants to be more productive. The following are six useful tricks that will help you become an expert at using your non-dominant hand, and in turn make you more efficient with both hands.

1) Use the back of your non-dominant hand instead of the palm when writing or eating. This allows you to focus on what you're doing and not worry about smudging ink or getting food on your fingers.

3) Avoid multi-finger tapping in favor of using all 10 fingers

Multi-finger tapping has been shown to be a more efficient way of typing, but it's not the only way. In fact, many find that typing with all ten fingers is more difficult at first but can eventually lead to faster and more accurate typing. If you're looking for some tips on how to get started, we've got you covered.

4) Treat your mouse as an extension of your cursor keys

The trick is to treat your mouse as an extension of your cursor keys. Pressing the left arrow key on the keyboard should cause your cursor to move left; pressing the right arrow key should cause your cursor to move right. The up arrow key should make you scroll up, and down should make you scroll down. The ctrl button will let you use a computer's cut, copy and paste functions, while shift will allow you to select text or files more precisely.

5) Maintain an ergonomic posture while working

Keeping your posture while working at the computer can make you feel more comfortable and decrease the chance of repetitive strain injury (RSI). It also helps keep your blood flowing, which is important for staying healthy.

To maintain an ergonomic posture, try these helpful tips: • Adjust your chair so that your feet are flat on the floor and push back from the desk. • Keep your wrists in line with the rest of your arm. • Make sure you are leaning slightly forward.

6) Learn shortcuts, learn shortcuts, learn shortcuts!

1) CTRL+C: Copy what you're currently typing.

2) CTRL+V: Paste what you copied.

3) CTRL+A: Select everything in the text box.

4) SHIFT+DELETE: Cut whatever is in the text box.

5) ALT+TAB: Switch between programs and windows on your computer.
